[450] Secure mounting

Moved the 2 meter beam from the tree to the roof. Was hoping to get 222 up
as well but having to lift the mast to face level with a step ladder
against the tower to get it into the thrust bearing precluded that for now.
I may put it in at the bottom of the mast for the time being, but after
sweeping and monkeying with it i could only get it down into the 1.3:1 VSWR
range at the bottom of the band. It drops dead flat around 223.
