[450] I'm beyond pissed.

George called, said I missed the call on friday, and that they've sent it
back to me, I told him I don't want it anymore, on top of this they'll
charge me a restocking fee, He told me not to accept the package and let it
go back, and they'll do the refund. Probably another 14 day turn around to
end this nightmare. Next time I'll buy the radio from amazon, at least when
you call and say something isn't good they'll  send another one quickly or
wait until ups puts the return lablel and inputs it into the computer and
amazon issues an immediate replacement. Ridiculous I spent about 1265$ and
they treat the customer as if he just bought an ice cream cone. I'm done
with DX Engineering.
