[450] slower than expected....

....but progress.

Initial testing of the top loop put me almost dead flat at 145. Pretty 
amazing since these were rebuilt from pretzel shape and even have pieces 
from the cheap rotors on them for set screws.
Nitpicking for a few hours has put me 1.0:1 across about "4 channels" 
centering on 450, with specs at 450 being 52 ohms/zero reactance.
Testing was done through 75' of Cable Xperts CPX1318FX cable.

Moving on to lower loop now, then to with the harness....I foresee a long 
evening.
