It should be noted that performance "may" be better OR worse while in
motion.  Previous testing did not measure the performance in less than
ideal conditions (such as in a valley or with obstructions) and if you
consider what I like to call "the quarter wave effect" and the "dish
effect", it may actually improve under some conditions.
