Gave it a quick looksee. Seems the sq.ft. to $$$ ratio is way off track. 
$40K for a doll house without the property?  I'm sure you could do-it-yourself with the raw materials for WAY less.  But I guess if someone is a multi-millionaire and wants to buy a ready made club-house for their spoiled l'il spawn....
