Sorry man, I fell asleep....woke up just before 2:00 am and called you from downstairs, but you were gone.
Did you test the warmth factor?  Is one transistor getting warmer than the other?  It is the most likely scenario....

  Bob, Here is the 2m 2-417 amp. Seller said it pins his meter hard at 150 watts (the limit of his meter. I'm only getting 95-115 out going to the discone or the dummy load.checked all over the band. Output cap adjustment is maxed so might be out of tolerance or something else , Glenn
