<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12px">In response to that, probably my best action would be to acquire a loaner mower and let Dave try to knock dwn the meadow. If anyone has a spare mower I could borrow let me know.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12px">I've got a guy looking into a dumpster, so once I clean the place out I can work toward a plumber. The tide has risen to  the point of my heels at this point.</span></div>
