<div>The town has already placed the priority of my lawn before me.</div>

<div>In response to that, probably my best action would be to acquire a loaner mower and let Dave try to knock dwn the meadow. If anyone has a spare mower I could borrow let me know.</div>

<div>I've got a guy looking into a dumpster, so once I clean the place out I can work toward a plumber. The tide has risen to  the point of my heels at this point.</div>
