<p>I have dealt with RF parts for years and never had a problem. In fact, I just bought a power supply from them. Brand new, in the box. Works perfectly. Maybe is was some kind of screw up. Maybe call them up and tell them the situation and they will replace it with a "known" new one with free shipping and free return shipping on your end.<br /><br />Worth a try.</p>
