<p>Also you may want to activate some really rare grid squares. There a a bunch that are 99% over water with just a bit of beachfront area in the grid. Mountaintopping is a blast but I have sorked some serious coastal tropo by parking at various waterfront areas. I'm attaching a PDF grid square map that you can zoom in on.</p>

I have an approx. 70 foot dipole looking N/S for 80 through 10 M and ~140 foot dipole looking E/W for 160 through 6 M. I have limited VHF/UHF antennae at this point. Before the summer is out, I hope to have a reasonably effective ground mounted vertical for 80 through 12 M.</span></p>
