<br></div>After reading the technical FAQ, it looks like what they are hoping is for enough RF to be charging the ionosphere that it might be detectable...so just keep shooting RF into the ionosphere! <br><br></div>None of the signals are going to be getting out via LOS past the ionosphere directly to the thing as in a normal VHF sat contact anyway....<br>
