They were in Waterbury for a long time but closed up....the place the boys tried in Derby the other night has been well reviewed by those that went...<br><br>

<p class="MsoNormal">This is a very highly rated smoked food joint. I had pulled pork, black-eyed peas/rice and coleslaw. No brew in the Seymour location and limited seating (maybe ten?). Not much on ribs, so I can’t say. They are one of the very few places that actually has a pit! There is a location in West Haven also. It apparently is Zagat rated. I am looking forward to trying the fried catfish. Also will try the burnt ends!<u></u><u></u></p>
