  While I have "guest labor" available, I'm trying to steer toward getting 
things done.
 The town has already placed the priority of my lawn before me.
 In response to that, probably my best action would be to acquire a loaner 
mower and let Dave try to knock dwn the meadow. If anyone has a spare mower 
I could borrow let me know.
 I've got a guy looking into a dumpster, so once I clean the place out I 
can work toward a plumber. The tide has risen to  the point of my heels at
