[450] Beacons

I just checked the QRZ page for KC3X who hosts the philly beacons. Looks
like they are all dead except the six meter. His page was last updated in
early November 2022, and I've been listening on 273 and often hear faint
CW... not the k1fo beacon because that is distinctly on .274 or so.  Going
to need to get a full copy for the call but I don't always hear it (usually
only a few beats roll in occasionally.)
