Perhaps when our antenna patterns cross favorably, we'll discuss this more. 
 Specifically how it was INTENDED to be used, and what format.

Here is some audio of the Brazilian pirates using the US satellite as a 
long distance repeater.  

It is all in Portuguese , more specifically Brazilian Portuguese, and more 
specifically a dialect in a certain area.
