Wen's changed their menu and basically self-destructed. There was a good place called J Sushi in Chesire that did Korean and Sushi, but they went out of business as well. I don't know what's going on around here!? The Yakuza making sure only TOMO 68 gets business?

lol

I wont be around. But good luck everyone!

BTW planning on coming up to CT on Saturday to stay at the cousins. Anyone interested in getting some lunch? I can come up early and meet around 1 or 1:30. Is that fusion place we used to go to still around? or we can do wings and beer at that place in Naugatuck, I think it re-opened, yes?

Let me know....

Rich

Below is the message I sent out to the offending packet station:

Todd;

Are you aware you (or someone using your callsign) are transmitting packet signals on 144.450?

This frequency is used by a large group of local stations for simplex FM , and has been for nearly 20 years.

We also run an echolink simplex link on the frequency, and have been doing so for over 3 years

These packet signals are interfering with us.

K1TMS-9*>T1PV6X (UI):

The above packet was monitored at approximately 2:15 EST today, March 8th.

Thank you,

Hi guys,

Due to the persistence of the packet signal on "450", I have added a 162.2 tone squelch to my receiver. If you wish to be heard by my station, a 162.2 tone will be required until further notice.

Thanks, Bob N1UJS
