[450] Monitoring 450 FM

Dave and I had a good qso but Dave's *ears* seem to be a bit  
compromised. Running one of those little Chinese radios with a non  
adjustable squelch. I could hear him fine though, but the qsb with  
terrible. Then Larry popped in. Dave heard him for a minute then lost  
him. So there IS activity on .450. Let's kick it up a notch.
