[450] considering just for fm to move

Last gen fm only rigs are the CDM series.Before that there is the Radius series which had better front ends but you have to be real careful because they came in all sorts of band splits. Not all will work on 70cm.

The current XPR series has come down in price and I would just get that. Gives you FM and DMR (which seems to be taking over uhf) and can be programmed with a modern PC. The older rigs use rs232 and need a "rib" box or a special cable with the rib logic built in.
