[450] Transverter boards

I ordered one of these for $75 from sunny Ukraine:

Also picked up some rg316, and enclosure and some connectors on ebay. I
currently have a "no tune" board designed by the same guy (i think) that
had a few problems (biggest is stability over 2-3 watts) but he insists
this new design fixes everything and is pre-tuned and tested. Supposedly
this one will actually put out the rated 10 to 15 watts which would
drive the amplifier well. We'll see!
