[450] loop tuning

Anyone have a function generator? With a BNC T-connector, a function
generator (doesn't have to be anything special), and my oscilloscope - we
can assemble a TDR !!

Just for fun. It'd be cool to play with and measure the velocity factor of
any number of spools of coax you have and see how it agrees w/ your antenna
analyzer !!

Just saying....!!
