George,

Just one of the possibilities.  Here I have a substantial job, a paid for
home with antennas in place, friends, family, etc.
There (provided I sell this home), I could BUY a home (8 times LESS in real
estate tax), and dump $250k extra into my bank account, get a job for the
same pay doing the same thing, and solve the distance thing with my girl
while still allowing her to wander around with a .45 strapped on her hip to
protect me in the event of a zombie apocalypse...

Could go either way.  If TN, it would be in the hills North of Chattanooga.
