[450] Open challenge to the radio nerds of 450

I've exhausted all my google-foo and have come up empty handed. I remember
3-4 years ago or so, it was extremely easy to find. Alas, things have
changed.

I have a Bearcat 560XLT here that I wanted to swap out a 455khz ceramic
filter on. I wanted to bring the IF bandwidth up from 15khz to about 40khz
for NOAA APT WxSat reception.
