[450] Clegg fm27b

[William Knapp / KC1WJ]

I just powered it up. It works. Puts out about 48 watts Receives and  
transmits. the front keypad is a little iffy. As I said, it hasn't  
been in service in a while. I can hook it back up and send you a photo.
