As suspected, the package was indeed lost by USPS. Kevin n1kgm  
re-submitted all the paperwork as pdfs via the interbats. (I don't  
know why it wasn't done that way in the first place -- That's probably  
how Chris's brother got his callsign in 2 days). Anyway, it's all  
confirmed and Christine should have her call between today and Monday.  
She really wanted a kb1 zulu, but it may be a kc1 alpha. We'll have to  
wait and see.
