After going off the gold standard, the Fed and the Government could
print money like gangbusters, they weren't restrained, and look at
where all that money is going:

Follow the money:

Tax Payers ---> Large Corporate Banks (this is not capitalism, it's
crony capitalism, corporatism, lobbying, corrupt government, etc.)

w/out living off the tax payers, barely any of them would even eek out
a small profit. Hmm....woops!
