[450] 10 meter mobile installation.

Trying to get things set up in Christine's car.
Cannot tune antenna to under 2/1, made a 5 inch 5 turn choke from  
coax...no difference. I move my hand close to the rig and the swr goes  
down and then back up again. Moving the power cord or mic cable wildly  
effects the swr. I've installed bunches of rigs in cars, but I've  
never seen this kind of behavior with an antenna.

Frustrated.
