Can you get on the air from DE?
The couple of times I've operated outside the US, I had to file for a  
reciprocal license. I don't know if you still have to do that stuff.  
Anyway, 17 meters has been rockin' lately. It would be cool to work  
you. I mean even if you just tacked up a dipole to your ceiling, it  
might be enough.
