[450] VHF band conditions.

Last night, 2 meters was rockin', but no people were on, just beacons.
The Baltimore beacon was 15 over and I heard another one, a VE1, but  
really couldn't make it out. The prop map was red all up and down the  
coast.

Oh well...Bummer, dude.
