[450] IMAX 2000, should i get the ground plane kit?

If the thing was mounted crazy high-up and required guying, 4-18' guy wires, 
insulater eggs, then guy rope mounted right under the thing might be a nice 
multi-tasker

None...unless you intend to replace the radials with full 1/4 wave whips.  A 5/8 
DOES require a counterpoise (to be complete), but the kit does not provide one.
