[450] flange

Dimensions for McMaster-Carr flange # 43615k565 cast 316 stainless
flange.....

I need roughly 3 3/8" bolt circle, so this should work (after Dave drills
the new holes).....bolt heads and washers should clear the "neck", and the
back is flat.

This screwed on top of a 1.5" galvanized rigid EMT with the GS-065 thrust
bearing on top and 1.25" masting rotating inside.

Should work, no?
