There are a number of fecal craniums (possibly retro mutant variation) establishing IRLP and Echolink nodes, remote base and repeaters on simplex frequencies. Not surprised that they found 450. It's only a matter of time. 

The mutation develops as a result of fecal cranium breeding with entitlement deviants. It appears to be a developing evolutionary branch. Don't know where this one will go!
