[450] Power is out

Lost power about 1:30 Sunday afternoon - came back on about 1:00 p.m. today.  Tried 450 on 5 watts several times on stacked halos.  Talked to Larry via the Prospect, CT repeater on 1/2 watt.

        3 to 6 of heavy wet stuff in southern PA, no wind but, it was enough to create fireworks, knock out power for 8 hours, & close roads. My condolences to folks who had worse.
