Doesn't even say if the thing has taper or swedged ends.  Better to buy the 
H.Depot fence rail and jam a 1" bamboo pole inside. Make it pretty much 
unbendable and $ave.
Rug merchants used to throw those bamboo away...probably not anymore.... hmmmm.
