[450] Drug Cartels murder first US citizen?

Didn't read the articals, but I doubt very much if this is the first (border or otherwise) death that can be attributed to these scumbags.

It is possible that Mexican Drug Cartels have declared war on the United States. These accounts provide the details of the first death. There have been threats made to othe US citizens who live near the border.
