Answer...before it's gone. It was worth standing in the snow for. I should 
have tried to clotch the thing so the wind wouldn't keep sinking the temps 
down too low. So as it was it got smoked for 8 hrs (low temp) and finished 
in the inside oven. Had it straight up today and pulled pork sandwiches 
tomorrow... eastern N.C. style.
