[450] Total confusion and chaos!

We need to bring this back to radio related stuff. So here we go. It is possible for an amateur radio operator to transmit and receive on 144.450 MHz simplex from NYS, CT and MA simultaneously. Is this even possible? If so, how? And the answer is not a schizophrenic ham radio operator. Does it involve quantum superposition? 

Is this from Loki (Norse) or the "trickster" coyote (Native American)?
