Quick disconnect at the bulkhead

I'd like something easier than unscrewing the PL259s at my bulkhead for
thunderstorms. BNC comes to mind but doesnt have a native connector for the
.400 diameter cable. I've also seen push-on quick disconnect UHF connectors

I wonder if there is some middle ground?
