    Here's what happens on Rt. 63 in Naugatuck at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night when a massive rotted tree decides to attack you on your way to pick up your daughter at her friend's house.  It's tough to tell, but please note the RF gods  were out in full force, as the halo remains unscathed.
