[450] woody's loops revisited

He is using 1 3/8" fence top rail from home depot (found in the garden
center generally). It is flared and will accept more sections if more height
is desired and safe. I use EMT electrical conduit for my masting also at
home depot, same price, little bigger. Note that the 1 1/4" EMT is 1.66 OD
and the 1.5" is 1.91. I think the fence rail is the OD specified on the
tubing.
