It'll actually work as a full wave, but full waves don't work....they cancel themselves........now if you cut it in half......

  Bob, I may try putting up Norton's 11m wire to use as a quarter wave 6m.  I'm just trying to figure out a decent location and there's about 75+  feet of RG58 hardwired to it and the loss on that on 6m is pretty nasty.
